Our entire business ecosystem was built with impact at the centre. Our B-Corp Studio and not-for-profit Academy work together to create brighter futures in digital careers for women who face barriers to employment.

A certified social enterprise: a portion of what we earn is redistributed to our Academy, and employment outcomes happen right here in the Agency.

The Rebuild is the Academy’s white paper on employer-led DFV recovery: academic insight, survey data and lived experience, drawn together into five recommendations for employers. Published October 2026 with the support of the Minderoo Foundation.
