The client need
Leesa Tongoulidis is an impressive leadership coach, adviser and practitioner with a distinct body of work that brings together creative intelligence, coaching and systems thinking. Her hard earned credibility meant she had outgrown her existing brand.
Her previous website was a placeholder she felt uncomfortable directing people toward. And her growth was largely referral-driven, which meant she had started to stagnate in reaching new opportunities.
Yet the biggest challenge was defining a category for Human Art Coaching. Leesa’s offering doesn’t fit standard industry boxes. She blends coaching, advisory and leadership expertise into something genuinely integrated, serving executives and organisations navigating complexity.
Every time she’d considered working with a digital or branding agency, the prospect made her uneasy. She didn’t need someone to simply redesign her website. She needed a partner who could fully grasp her intellectual identity and translate it into something tangible.
Our approach
Before any brand or content decisions were made, we worked to surface and articulate what made her positioning distinct. Through our collaborative strategy sessions, we established the essence of her offering. Leesa brings together corporate experience, coaching depth and the strategic instincts of a trusted adviser. Rather than three separate services, we established one integrated way of working that uniquely spoke to her target audience. From that foundation, we co-created:
- A brand identity that reflected the intellectual authority and warmth of her practice
- A website designed to attract qualified interest, not volume
- A thought leadership content strategy built around her point of view, not just her services
- A newsletter and posting cadence that removed the daily thinking-work from her plate
- A positioning and lead generation framework giving her something of substance to take back into the market.

The outcomes
The quality and nature of new enquiries shifted. The people that had found Leesa arrived already knowing what she offers and why it matters. This was a result of the following outcomes delivered:
- A brand and website Leesa could direct people toward with confidence
- A content system and cadence our team maintained, freeing up Leesa’s attention for the work itself
- Prospective clients arriving warm, rather than needing to be educated from scratch
- Cold outreach replaced by genuine curiosity from the right people
- Enough recovered headspace to start her side project of writing a book, a project long deferred
Leesa describes our process as providing clarity and giving her confidence in our own right. What had previously felt out of reach, has become possible. And Leesa now reaches out to her professional network knowing she has something real and valuable to offer.
In Leesa’s own words
Working with Humans of Purpose has shifted and lifted my position as a practitioner. I can now proudly articulate what I offer with clarity and a new-found authority. Everything felt a bit fuzzy before. It’s also given me a structure to how I approach my week, freeing up my time to have deeper conversations with clients and partners. This feels so much more aligned to who I am. Human Art Coaching has now reached an turning point. It’s only upwards from here.
